Alright guys, sorry I’ve been busy the past couple weeks and I didn’t get to make any posts but it’s Saturday again and that means it’s time I bring you another philosophical story challenge. This week I want to focus on the idea of values. Everyone has some set of values; a code by which he interprets the events of the world and which, to an extent, determines his actions and reactions to those events. I want to dig a little deeper though; why do we have values? What influences our values? Are there any absolute values? What makes us consider an action such as murder to be worse than giving money to a homeless man? Perhaps an interesting thing to consider in this is what society might look like if there were no values and everyone just did as they pleased. Most of you know the rules by now, so let’s get to it.
